Bickley is founded by Kendra Alexander, a mechanical engineer with 19 years of experience across the consumer goods, cosmetics, food, drug and automotive industries. Her masters in manufacturing engineering and natural technical curiosity has enabled her to successfully lead projects in multiple engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, chemical and packaging) . She is regarded as a serial innovator with two of her innovations providing a business value of more than $3billion.
Kendra is married to Johnny Alexander and lives in West Chester, OH. She has one brother, Kevin Jackson, who is twelve years older. As an avid cyclist she favors off-road mountain biking. Her other hobbies include target shooting and creating comic strips.
Founding this company continues a 100+ year legacy of serving the need started by her great-grandfather Manual Bickley in the late 1800’s.
